"Columbus Foods has been partnering with the Community English Center since Feb 2017 to bring English as a Second Language to our production employees across two facilities.  We started with 3 classes, but pretty soon realized that it was not enough, so we opened a 4th one. Our employees are able to attend classes during Spring and Fall twice a week for 14 weeks each semester.  All participants have been assessed by the CEC. After the first semester we started the program, we were able to promote 5 employees due to their improved skills."
