"We contacted the Community English Center with a unique communication challenge that we had a hard time identifying internally. The Community English Center came in and performed a comprehensive writing and verbal analysis of our staff and identified where we would best benefit from their training. Lynne and Stephen assembled a custom curriculum to meet our specific needs.
The classes consisted of 16 sessions that immersed our staff in the proper learning environment—an interactive classroom in which they could feel comfortable and freely ask questions. The result was outstanding. We plan on having the Community English Center teach more classes for Thoratec."
