Larry Wexler came to The English Center as a volunteer in the summer of 2010 as he was working towards his certification in Teaching English As A Second Language (TESL) at the University of California at Berkeley. At The English Center, Larry served as a model Teaching Assistant and private tutor. He accepted the position of Corporate Training for Industry (CTI) training coordinator in the fall of 2013 working to help assure the success of that program. He put his TESL qualifications to good use for several years as a trainer with CTI, working with some of CTI’s most valued clients, while continuing his administrative duties as CTI training coordinator.
Larry was welcomed to the Community English Center (CEC) in the summer of 2017, and continues to serve as training coordinator and payroll administrator here, helping to secure the growth and success of CEC.
