Passion: Susan Silva loves working with the trainees that she meets through CEC, whether they are improving their English to be more effective in their jobs or more comfortable in their communities.
Travels: One of her favorite places she ever visited is India. She would love to go to Alaska next or maybe Japan, where her nephew lives.
Education: Certificate in TESOL from U.C. Berkeley Extension.
B.A. in English, State University of New York.
Experience: Before she became a teacher six years ago, Susan worked for over 30 years in people management, project management, and communications for Fortune 500 companies and a major university.
